Shipping and Delivery

Most of the products we carry are in stock and delivered the same day if the order is placed before 1 PM and the next day if order is placed after 1 PM. Some products may take up to 3 days for delivery depending on availability, we will inform you of this on the confirmation call of the order.

Shipping & Charges

We deliver everywhere in Pakistan, the charges for products vary depending on the cost of shipping according to their weight and size

Returns Policy

There is only two possibilities for us to entertain a return claim:

The product you ordered was not as specified on the website and is in unused condition.
The product you ordered was delivered to you damaged.
To return an item there has to be a valid reason which will be reviewed and we hold all rights to decline any such request on our discretion.

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Cancellations

 Cancellations made after product has been shipped will get refunds with shipping cost deducted.
